Dressing:
Mix sour cream, olive oil, walnuts and add a sliced pink grapefruit. Season with lemon zest, white pepper and a bit of chili powder.
vegetables:
cooked Kohlrabi, yellow pepper, chinese gabbage, strawberries
Arrange the salad and put some slices of grilled chicken on top. Eventually add some basil.
Perfect with a light austrian white wine from Styria.
