mango compote

  • 2 mangos
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Flower Power spices
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon


  1. Cut the mangos into dices.
  2. Melt the sugar in a medium sauce pan and add the mango dices.
  3. Add juice of orange and lemon.
  4. Cook about 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
  5. Ready to fill your favorite glassware with the MANGO COMPOTE.


ENJOY for breakfast with yogurt or in the afternoon with your favorite cake.
