- 2 mangos
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Flower Power spices
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lemon
- Cut the mangos into dices.
- Melt the sugar in a medium sauce pan and add the mango dices.
- Add juice of orange and lemon.
- Cook about 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
- Ready to fill your favorite glassware with the MANGO COMPOTE.
